This stage represents the next phase in the Bungarribee masterplan, featuring a range of enhancements designed to improve community amenities and recreational opportunities. Key additions include 96 new parking spaces, BBQ facilities and shelters, open playing fields for sports and recreational activities, along with multi-use tracks for pedestrian and cyclists to ensure connectivity throughout the area.
